Šibenik is full of cute little restaurants and bars. Let us name only some of them.

TAVERN AND WINE BAR PELEGRINI

This charming little restaurant is placed right next to St James’s Cathedral. It’s one of those places you shouldn’t miss during your visit to Šibenik. Traditional Dalmatian groceries, prepared in an interesting and imaginative way, are turning into splendid gourmand delicacies, giving you a true harmony of flavors. A combination of carefully prepared food and good wines, friendly hosts and perfect location with an amazing view of the Cathedral.

CITY HALL RESTAURANT

On the downstairs floor of Šibenik’s City Hall there is a restaurant with the same name. Taste excellent food, have a glass of fine wine or a simple cup of coffee, while enjoying a memorable view.

GRADSKA STRAŽA TAVERN

Situated right up the stairs from Pio bar, not far from County building. Cute little restaurant, fits perfectly in the old city centre surrounding. Domestic, cosy atmosphere of genuine Dalmatian tavern, hospitable hosts, and above all a wide range of delicious home made dishes, from 'tripice' (tripe) to monkfish in wine and capres, at very good prices.

MARENDA TAVERN

In the very heart of the city, not far from St Ivan's Church, is where you'll find the well-known Marenda Tavern. It's main credibility comes from a great number of people in Šibenik who visit it on daily basis, in search of homemade dishes like 'tripice' (tripe), 'oglavina' (pig's head meat) or 'girice' (fried pilchard), at very popular prices. Who better to give you an insight into the hidden corners of Dalmatian cuisine, than the owners themselves.

RESTAURANT NO. 4

One of the cult places in Šibenik. A perfect place for a coffee during the day, a romantic dinner in the evening, or a weekend night out with friends to a concert of some of the local bands. Upstairs there’s a restaurant  with only couple of tables for an intimate dinner and cosy atmosphere, with a view of Church of St Spirit.

CAFFE&WINE BAR KREŠIMIR IV

At the beginning of Šibenik’s seafront. Gorgeous terrace with a view of the sea on one side, and Robert Visiani park with the statue of king Petar Krešimir on the other. One of the most inviting places for a coffee in the morning and a glass of wine in the evening.

SNACK BAR ŠEŠULA

The famous snack bar in the oldest part of Šibenik, Dolac. Apart from sandwiches, typical for fast food restaurant menu, here you can enjoy some really imaginative sea delicacies: bread crumbed or cooked shark, fried sand-smelts (known as 'girice'), Dalmatian ‘pršut’ (prosciutto); followed by a glass of domain wine at popular prices.

UZORITA RESTAURANT

Enough to say that this restaurant with charming interiors, delightful ambience (combination of old stone and modern design) has recently celebrated 100 years anniversary. Delicious Dalmatian fish and meat specialties, rich wine list. Situated in Šubićevac, in the vicinity of Footbal Stadium Šubićevac.

GIRO ESPRESSO COFFEE BAR

Without a doubt, the best coffee in town! Mmmmm….

CHILL OUT ‘RAKIJA’ AND COFFEE BAR

If you want to try out a great number of ‘rakijas’ (a Croatian version of brandy), rakija made of Skradinian fruit ‘žižula’ or rose hip, some rakija based cocktails or just have a cup of good coffee, in an interesting interior with urban music, you should definitely visit Chill out bar. It’s placed in the very center of the town, next to Jadranska bank.

VINO&INO, SIBENIK

The heart of the old city centre, a view of St John Church, a glass of good vine from a rich list of carefully chosen vines, with priority of vines from Sibenik area, about 20 designer brands, all made in Croatia. Vino&Ino is something you definitely don't want to miss!

RESTAURANT GASTRO ITALIANO, PODSOLARSKO

Not far from Brodarica, in Podsolarsko, in restaurant Gastro Italiano you can get one of the best pizzas in the area, as well as many other tasty dishes at good price.

BEACH BAR LIBERTY, KAPRIJE

The scent of Mediterranean plants and pines, getting lazy on the Plitka Polokva pebble beach, perfectly prepared Mojito. Beach Bar Liberty = hedonism to its fullest!

DO-RUČAK SNACK BAR

Only few steps from Our Lady out of Town Church (Gospa Vanka Grada), in the very centre of Sibenik, is where you'll find a perfect place to get a delicious vegetarian meal and and make your taste really buds happy.

TOMASEO

Tomaseo is an excellent restaurant situated at the very begining of Sibenik seafront. You can't go wrong by chosing it, weather you're having octopus carpaccio, žgvancet or their exquisite steak. Be sure to finish it with one of their delicious, home-made cakes, like for example my favourite orange cake.
